After years of being fed up with emergency airway equipment not being set up correctly, the right equipment absent from the room, and a chaotic scrabble to grab stuff when an unexpected intubation occurred, I finally got fed up and vowed to find a solution. Luckily Paul Swinton had solved a similar problem in the out of hospital environment. When I saw the prehospital SCRAM bag he had created, I knew I no longer needed to start from scratch–I could just adapt his excellent design to the hospital. Please watch this vid to understand what my frustration has wrought:

WOW! Love the bag. Kudos for great work on design features.
