I am a HUGE fan of the Zentensivist Philosophy and approach to care. Love this stuff. Thank you for the reading list (I had most of them, one new one!!)
The link for the “Full Zentensivism Lecture” doesn’t work (maybe temporary?)
Love it!
The link didn’t work from the Zentensivist.com MCCP site either mentioning the 24 min long video
I also couldn’t get it to work from the Zentensivist.com site under the MCCP 24 min video link.
Great post. Could not agree more with the philosophy!
Looks like the video is here:
thanks EJ!
thank you Matt, and you Scott for having him. Zentensivism. love it.
was thinking… doing less is more, requires more diligence and thought. perhaps time.
it seems often that we (as a system) do just the opposite. someone gets punched in the face, and someone orders a CT head, c-spine, and max-facial.
or a pilonidal abscess gets CBC, CHEM 14, blood cultures and lactate, when maybe all they needed was a scalpel and lido with epi 4 hours before. and many other examples.
just some thoughts.
Zentensivism. love it.
