Re STREAM-2. It seems a lot of places and commentaries on the study are using this study to say half does TNK works as well as delayed PCI so it is reasonable to give half does TNK when PCI is delayed by more than 60 minutes. My take on it is that the study showed that the outcomes from half does TNK and delayed PCI were the same, so why risk the increased ICH rates from TNK if you can get the patient to delayed PCI. What are your thoughts?
I guess one question this may allude to is do you really need to transfer these patietns
