Familiarity breeds contempt. Fever is so common in the ICU, that we often don't put much thought into these workups. Just culture everything, right? Well, not really. Thank you Dr. Farkus for all your effort sharing your knowledge. I am a huge fan of IBCC. I am wondering if you could write chapters on some important pulmonary topics as well.
Josh
Can you cite the reference to the Heatman trial in 2015 you mention in the podcast?
Thanks
