Can you please reference the study which suggests epi may be more efficacious than phenylepherine in hypotensive/low perfusion states? I’m a critical care paramedic in Albuquerque and we have a very progressive medical director. I’d like to see this study because it physiologically makes sense, but will take more to make a protocol change.
