Scott do you have any literature on propofol in cardiogenic shock? I know some intensivists reach for midaz over prop for patients who have very bad cardiac output from pump failure. The theoretical cardio suppression makes sense, but I would love some data to support not using benzos in these patients. I have not had much luck with literature search

no, using ketamine obviates the need for paralytic first, just make sure you time the post-roc period with an actual timer and you are good
