Scott, what’s your method? Do you open them in multiple tabs? Do you get several in print? I feel pretty sure you approach this in a systematic way and wondered how you tackle this.
Get the TOC emails whenever a new issue is published. Go to my unitversity web site open the issue, open the fulltext of anything that relates to resus/ed critical care/gen adult emerg med.
Hi Dr. Weingart, I’m currently in my 3rd year of EM residency in California, and hoping to perform a Critical Care fellowship in the future. I’ve drank the kool-aid and have been trying to read at least the TOC from all these journals for the last few months and I love it!! Its like trying to drink from a fire-hose, but it’s really rewarding when an article that you happen to pick out of the massive flood of articles gets picked up and talked about on the various FOAM sites.
